At Mascot Animal Hospital, we are open late into the evening and able to assess urgent cases during our extended hours. Calling us first allows our team to guide you quickly and safely on the next best step for your pet.

• We help determine whether your pet should come in immediately
• Pets needing urgent treatment or stabilization may be admitted for hospitalization
• If advanced emergency care is required, we guide you directly to the appropriate facility

When your pet needs close monitoring or intensive treatment, we provide attentive care in a controlled and supportive environment.
• Continuous monitoring of vital signs
• IV fluids, oxygen support, and pain management when needed
• Ongoing assessment to guide treatment decisions

Urgent concerns don’t always happen during business hours.
• Evening urgent assessments based on medical need
• Same-day urgent appointments whenever possible
• Direct guidance by phone to assess urgency

When to Seek Emergency Care

If your pet shows a sudden change in behavior, breathing, movement, or consciousness – or if something doesn’t feel right – seek veterinary care immediately.
