How Insurance Works at Mascot
We’re happy to support pet parents who use insurance — and we work with all major providers.
Most pet insurance plans work on a reimbursement basis. You pay for your visit at the time of service, then submit a claim to your insurance provider. We’ll complete any required claim forms on your behalf.
If you’re using insurance, please mention it when you arrive so we can prepare the right paperwork before you leave.

Coverage, deductibles, and reimbursement are handled directly between you and your provider. If you have questions about what your plan covers, your insurance company is the best place to start.
Payment Options at Mascot
We want care to be accessible. In addition to standard payment at time of service, we also offer financing through iFinance for those who need flexible payment options.
